On 13th October, 12 Manderson House employees and 5 family members took part in the Cheltenham Memory Walk in aid of our chosen charity: The Alzheimer’s Society.
The Great SHS Bake Off
Our Belfast office recently hosted the ‘Great SHS Bake Off’ to raise funds for their staff nominated charity, Mindwise.
Celebrity TV cook, cookery writer and good food ambassador, Jenny Bristow, joined Group CEO, Elaine Birchall, to judge entries in three categories - Cakes, Tray Bakes and Savoury - and to decide the overall winner.
SHS Group ‘Give and Gain’ Through Volunteering Challenges
The SHS Group recently took part in Business in the Community's national ‘Give & Gain’ initiative. Announcing a week of fundraising activities within the Group, staff took time out to volunteer with local schools and community groups. Providing over 300 hours of volunteering support for worthwhile causes, activities took place from 14 to 18 May 2018.
