Our Finance teams are responsible for business partnering, management reporting, taxation, pensions & benefits, treasury, internal audits and compliance.
There are six teams here – Promotions & Commercial, Promotional Spend & Rebate, Purchase to Pay, Invoice to Cash and Reporting – handling invoice processing, payment runs, account management, cash collection, promotional management, price queries and rebate settlement for the Group’s commercial divisions.
This department manages all customer orders and the logistics needs for the Group’s commercial divisions. This includes the processing of all orders, working with 3PL logistics providers and warehouses, transport planning, export and import customs declarations, and finished goods stock management.
Information Systems comprises a number of dedicated teams responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and integrity of the Group’s On-Premise and Cloud Applications (SAP, Sage, O365), Master Data, Infrastructure and Cyber Security. Change Management is run by the Service Desk team, which forms an integral component of the overall service offering.
In such a large and diverse Group, effective communications are crucial. This department handles all our internal and external communications, including media relations, event management, copywriting and crisis management.
The HR team focus on getting the best from and supporting our current employees and looking for new talent to join the SHS team. The main areas covered by the team include HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Talent Management including recruitment & payroll and benefits.
