BITC NI Opening Doors Campaign

SHS Group is proud to support the BITC NI Opening Doors campaign which aims to unlock employment opportunities for all.

Opening Doors identifies five key commitments to unlocking employment opportunities. The new inclusive employment campaign is designed to support employers of all sizes and sectors in implementing and improving inclusive employment practices. BITC NI strives to change business behaviours by providing a comprehensive support programme for organisations.

The Opening Doors campaign will support underrepresented groups including people from ethnically diverse backgrounds, refugees, people with convictions, multigenerational talent, people with a disability, and people who are neurodivergent.
