SistersIN Leadership Development Programme

Over the last eight months, female leaders from our Belfast office have taken part in the SistersIN Leadership Development Programme, mentoring young female pupils to help build confidence and broaden career perspectives. 

Our mentors also recently welcomed their mentees to the SHS Group Belfast office for a work inspiration day. Throughout the day, the 8 mentees got to experience working at our SHS headquarters, attending a monthly business briefing and meeting with the different teams including Finance, HR, Sales, IS, Customer Solutions, Logistics and Group Communications. 

Following this, the SHS Group exhibited at the SistersIN Celebration Event at the ICC in Belfast on Tuesday 12th March. The event brought female students together from across Northern Ireland to meet with businesses and listen to inspiring female leaders. SistersIN mentors from the SHS Group were also in attendance to take part in the celebrations alongside their mentees.
