CIPD in Northern Ireland Awards

We are delighted to have won two awards at The CIPD in Northern Ireland Awards for our Health & Wellbeing and Hybrid and Flexible initiatives! The SHS Group was also highly commended in the Learning and Development category.

These awards recognise our continuing focus on the health and wellbeing of our colleagues as well as how the Group has incorporated new ways of working across our business. We have a great sense of pride in our Strategic Leaders programme which provides the skills, knowledge and coaching to our future leaders, so delighted that the CIPD judges recognised this.
