The Great SHS Bake Off

Our Belfast office recently hosted the ‘Great SHS Bake Off’ to raise funds for their staff nominated charity, Mindwise.

Celebrity TV cook, cookery writer and good food ambassador, Jenny Bristow, joined Group CEO, Elaine Birchall, to judge entries in three categories - Cakes, Tray Bakes and Savoury - and to decide the overall winner.

The 2019 winners are Maggie McComb (Tray Bakes); Eimear Coll (Cakes) and Paula Montgomery (Savoury) and (Overall Winner).

Paula was presented with a Star Baker Certificate, restaurant voucher and invitation to Jenny Bristow’s cookery school.

In addition to the Bake Off, the team held a coffee morning where everyone could sample the fabulous cakes and treats, raising £292.86 for Mindwise.
